The designs are characterised by their delicate handling and gentle harmonious colour. They are technically superb and often took months of work. There are only a few other peole in the world capable of the intricacy of traditional techniques Roger had mastered, but wheras others used their skills to make copies,his work is outstanding for it's uniqueness. He was able to use his vast knowledge of design history to recreate patterns in a playful and inventive spirit. Roger's designs ae distributed throughout the world and will flourish for many years to come.
